I explain that I have insurance and am told since I was not a current customer that I’d have to pay out of pocket and submit to my insurance company. I then question the receipt but was told that’s all I would need to hold on to for reimbursement. After reaching out to the insurance company, they advise that it must have my name on the receipt/invoice, which the insurance company states is standard practice. When I call Nunns to inquire about having my name added, I’m told that if I had mentioned anything about submitting to the insurance that they would have given me different paperwork. Apparently anything to make a sale, screw the customer.
Being disabled this has made my treatment and my life more difficult than it could have been had Nunn's done what they claim to do. If you have any other option for medical equipment, use that option. I am now going to take my business to a different company. I recently had a sleep study done and was prescribed a machine. I had allot of trouble between the sleep clinic insurance company and my doctors office. Giving me conflicting information, sending my paperwork to the wrong place etcetera.

I was injured at work and was fitted for a sling at the hospital. 22 days later I receive a collection letter for $125 for the sling. I called Nunn's and they repeatedly lied to me saying that they had called me, which they did not , and sent me a bill, which they did not . If they had actually called, I would have gladly supplied them the worker's compensation information that they needed, They are lazy. I am watching my credit report carefully and for Nunn's sake I hope nothing negative shows up.
The team I worked with Rachel, Heather and Brandy all were very helpful and exceed my expectations. I have travel plans and needed my appointment and equipment quickly and they accommodated all my requests. One of my doctors sent me to Nunn's for medical equipment. I have been a client for about a year and a half and am very disappointed in their service. From the start they have had poor service and extremely poor customer service.They were supposed to bring my equipment to my home, and set it up. However they had me go in to pick up the equipment.
